Will Han Seok-kyu Be Able to Prove Ha-bin’s Innocence?

In MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama “Doubt”, unexpected discoveries were made from Jang Ha-bin’s (played by Chae Won-bin) belongings which were submitted to the police, which created more suspense in the series.

In episode 9 of “Doubt” which air on November 9 at 9:50 PM (KST), we saw Jang Tae-su (played by Han Seok-kyu) relentlessly investigating the truth behind the murder, even though he was removed from the investigation team after his daughter, Ha-bin was detained as one of the suspects.

Previously, episode 8 revealed a shocking conversation between Kim Sung-hee (played by Choi Yoo-hwa) and Park Jun-tae (Yoo Eui-tae) about the murders of Choi Young-min (Kim Jung-in) and Song Min-ah (Han Soo-ah). Park Jun-tae takes the blame for the murder of Young-min, which was committed by Kim Sung-hee. He tried to hide the details of the confrontation during which he strangled Min-ah, while attempting to assault her, which led to her death.

However, the autopsy report revealed that Min-ah’s cause of death was not strangulation, which made Jun-tae confused and raised the curiosity about the incident.

Do-yoon, freezes, while looking at something from a small creek of the door.

MBC released preview images for episode 9, these show scenes from the day Min-ah died, highlighting Sung-hee’s song, Do-yoon (Jo Seong-ha), who seems to have witnessed something important. Having just returned home with his mother from the hospital, Do-yoon freezes at something he saw through the crack of the door.

Tae-su (Han Seok-kyu) approaches Do-yoon in hopes of uncovering the real culprit of the murder.

Tae-su tries to approach Do-yoon for answers, hoping to prove Ha-bin’s innocence by uncovering the real culprit. Sung-hee, watching anxiously, adds to the suspense of what Do-yoon might reveal.

At the police station, Ha-bin remains composed, showing no signs of distress. When questioned, an item unexpectedly reveals a shocking truth that turns the investigation on its head. With this new twist, viewers are left wondering what other secrets Tae-su will uncover and if he can clear Ha-bin’s name before it is too late.

The episode 9 of “Doubt” is set to air on November 9 at 9:50 PM (KST) on MBC. It will later be available to stream on Netflix, Viki etc., varying by region.
