Actor Nao stars in the TBS' romantic-comedy drama “I Wanna Punch That Scumbag!” (Ano Kuzu wo Nagutte Yaritainda), with co-star Yuta Tamamori from Kis-My-Ft2. The third episode aired on the 22nd of October. I Wanna Punch That Scumbag Synopsis: The protagonist, Hokomi Sato (played by Nao), gets abandoned by her boyfriend on their wedding day. At her lowest point, she meets Kairi Kuzuya (played by Yuta Tamamori), a mysterious blonde man, and begins boxing to change her life. The story, scripted as an original, is a romantic comedy centered on boxing and relationships. Hokomi is determined to not let another bad man make her cry. Episode 3 Summery: In the third episode, Kairi offers to support Hokomi’s gym membership, saying, “I’ll witness you jumping rope 500 times”. Despite knowing Kairi is a “loser”, Hokomi feels drawn to his occasional kindness. Hokomi is invited to a business dinner by Ooba (played by Yuta Koseki). During the dinner, Nade (played by Shiori Tamai) brings up Hokomi’s boxing journey. Kairi comments that boxing is a sport that respects one's opponent, which makes Hokomi feel happy. Later, Hokomi proposes a boxing experience as part of a new project, with Ooba’s backing. On the event day, an unexpected situation is created. The episode ends with Hokomi learning about Kairi’s past and rushing to meet him, only to see him embracing Yui (played by Sae Okazaki). The shocking scene made the viewers to wonder “What’s happening?” and speculate about the love triangle or some kind of misunderstanding. The next episode will air on 29 October 2024.
