Disney+ has released two teaser posters and the trailer for the new series "Light Shop", starring actors Ju Ji-hoon and Park Bo-young. In the posters, Ju Ji-hoon plays the shop owner, Won-young. His strong presence captures attention, especially as he faces unusual customers who come seeking light in the dark of night. Park Bo-young portrays Young-ji, a nurse in a critical care unit. Unlike Won-young, Young-ji is surrounded by a chilling blue light and looks fearfully at the strange visitors. This contrast increases interest in the identities of the unfamiliar characters they encounter. The phrase “Every night, they seek the light” adds to the series’ mysterious tone. The teaser trailer also showcases the unique world created by author Kang Pool, known for his work "Moving". It features a variety of talented actors portraying different characters, heightening the intrigue. The "Light Shop" stands as the only source of light in a dark alley, drawing in odd and mysterious customers who create a sense of tension just by being there. "Light Shop" is an original series from Disney+, based on Kang Pool's webtoon of the same name. It is the fifth work in his “mystery psychological thriller” series, which has received great praise and boasts over 150 million views. The series will consist of eight episodes, with the first four episodes premiering on December 4, followed by two episodes released weekly over the next two weeks.
