In “A Virtuous Business” drama, Han Jeong-sook (played by Kim So-yeon) went to the house of Seong Mi-hwa (played by Hong Ji-hee), who had an affair with her husband for selling products door-to-door.
In the episode 3 of “A Virtuous Business”, Park In-tae (played by Shim Wan-jun) asks Han Jeong-sook to visit Seong Mi-hwa’s house to celebrate her birthday with door-to-door sales. Seo Young-bok (played by Kim Sun-young) notices that Han Jeong-sook is uncomfortable and offers to go in her place.
However, on the day of the visit, Seo Young-bok calls Han Jeong-sook and explains that she is unable to move due to an injury. So, Han Jeong-sook ends up going to Park In-tae and Seong Mi-hwa’s house herself.
One of Seong Mi-hwa’s friends says “You went to high school with Mi-hwa, right? We went to elementary and middle school with her. I was surprised when she suddenly said she was getting married because she never seemed interested in men. You know what I mean, right?”
Han Jeong-sook replies, “Yes, I know her well.”
Another friend jokingly asks, “Shall we talk about some adult stuff now? Be honest, since getting married, have you ever been attracted to another man? Or wanted to sleep with another man?” Seong Mi-hwa nervously looks at Han Jeong-sook.
Despite recalling the moment when she discovered Seong Mi-hwa’s affair with her husband Kwon Seong-soo (played by Choi Jae-rim), Han Jeong-sook holds back her feelings.
Seong Mi-hwa then changes the subject, saying, “That’s enough, guys. Jeong-sook, could you introduce the products to us?” Han Jeong-sook responds, “Sure, shall I?” and begins the sales presentation.
Afterward, once her friends leave, Seong Mi-hwa compliments Han Jeong-sook, saying, “You did a great job. You seem to have a real talent for this. I didn’t know, but you’re really good at talking.”
Han Jeong-sook retorts, “We’ve known each other for a long time, but I guess there are things you didn’t know about me. Well, the same goes for you.”
