Kim Jae-hwa to Star in “The Tale of Lady Ok” Alongside Lim Ji-yeon

Actor Kim Jae-hwa is set to appear in the new drama “The Tale of Lady Ok”. She will play the role of Maxime in the JTBC weekend drama, which premieres on November 30.

The Tale of Lady Ok” is about the story of Ok Tae-young (played by Lim Ji-yeon), who living with a fake name, false identity and a phony husband. The drama shows her intense survival con game, alongside the devoted musician Cheon Seung-hwi (played by Choo Young-woo), who risks everything to protect her.

In “The Tale of Lady Ok”, Kim Jae-hwa will portray Maxime, a devoted supporter of the main character Ok Tae-young. Known for her ability to convey deep emotions, she plays a character who is reserved yet caring, willing to make any sacrifice for Tae-young’s happiness.

As the top performer in Joseon, Lim Ji-yeon’s character showcases intelligence and courage, while Kim Jae-hwa will deliver a warm and relatable performance, creating a powerful synergy between the two.

Kim Jae-hwa has showcased a wide range of acting skills in previous films, including “The King of the Desert”, “Cleaning Up” and “Why her?” She was also praised for her role in the on-going drama “Judge from Hell”.

The Tale of Lady Ok” will premiere on November 30 at 10:30 PM (KST).
