The manga ‘Himekishi wa Barbaroi no Yome’ is planned to have an anime release in the year 2025. The manga was created by Noriaki Kotoba in 2019 and was later serialized by Bessatsu Shounen Magazine. The anime will be produced by KADOKAWA.

There is no official English title, but it can be assumed to be Princess Knight Marries the Barbarian King or The Barbarian’s Bride.
Plot:
Several hundred years have passed since the Western Kingdom of Ildren began its campaign to defeat the Eastern Barbarians. Seraphina de Lavilant, known as the strongest “Princess Knight” in the Kingdom, was defeated by the Barbarians in a fierce battle and became their prisoner.
“…Ugh, just kill me!”
But instead of days of humiliation, the Barbarian King Vaol proposed marriage to her! Even though Seraphina firmly rejected him with her strong will, new experiences with a different culture, new encounters, and seeing Vaol’s true nature slowly started to change her heart…
