The MBC TV Friday-Saturday drama “Doubt” is three episodes away from its conclusion and with each episode, there have been intense development in the show, as more clues to the murder cases are being revealed. It includes the significant progress made by Detective Jang Tae-su (played by Han Seok-kyu) after uncovering the murder of Choi Young-min (played by Kim Jung-jin) as well as progress of Song Min-ah’s (Han Soo-ah) murder case.
In the episode 7 of “Doubt”, Park Joon-tae (played by Yoo Eui-tae), who is a teacher, turned out to be the prime suspect in the murder case. Joon-tae did not only confessed that he killed Choi Young-min, but also shared how he did it with the police.
To complicate the case, it was revealed that Joon-tae’s father, Doo-chul (played by Yoo Oh-sung) was the who hit Ha-bin (Chae Won-bin) with his car near the scene on the day Min-ah died. This revelation matched the past mystery hints given in the series.
However, even after the confession of Joon-tae, Doo-chul continued to remain protective of his son and insisted that, “You did nothing wrong”, showing his belief that Joon-tae is not capable of murder.
In the preview images for Episode 8, Tae-su and the police are seen with Joon-tae back in the mountains, re-investigating Min-ah’s murder. The question remains about the disappearance of Min-ah’s body.
Joon-tae leads Tae-su and the police to a secluded spot in the mountain. As Tae-su and the officers shine their flashlights into the dark, the suspense builds as they appear close to an important discovery. What would it be? Is it the body of Min-ah?
The secret of Doo-chul and Joon-tae are expected to be revealed in Episode 8 of “Doubt”. The episode will air on October 11 at 9:50 PM (KST) on MBC TV. It will later be available to stream on Netflix and Kocowa in select region around the globe, while it for South Korea, it will be available in Wavve and Coupang Play.
